It is critically important to call all of your clients at least once every 3 months if you want to retain them and gain more business as well as referrals.

According to Forrester Research, the 3 things your clients want most are:

1.   To understand what product or service they have.
2.   For you to monitor their product or service as you would your own.
3.   Frequency of contact. They want to hear from you frequently. Unless they tell you differently, this means at least        every 3 months.

If you frequently call your clients, you will gain referrals and retain clients longer.

This approach is a 3-Step Process in the call. Total call time is approximately 5-6 minutes.
